  • 1+ years' experience in an office/administrative environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, experience in data management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must thrive in a diverse environment and commit to maintaining an inclusive work environment for coworkers of all races, genders, orientations, and abilities.
  • Upbeat, positive attitude, excellent customer service, and a desire to help others



  • Coordinating the new employee onboarding process and experience
  • Assisting with offboarding process
  • Managing the HR teams group email, phone and chat
  • Creating and maintaining employee files and HR department records
  • Maintaining confidentiality, and handling confidential situations and documents
  • Running HR reports and handling documents
  • Assisting with special projects and assisting in other areas of HR, as needed

Compensation: $20-$22/hour based on experience, and a generous benefits package

Hours: Regular business hours- some flexibility

Location: We are headquartered in Beaverton, OR- though currently, the HQ team is working remotely, applicants must be willing to work onsite in the future
