About Revant Optics

Revant Optics is a fast-growing, innovative company that designs proprietary sunglasses and long-lasting replacement lenses for premium brands. In 2010 CEO Jason Bolt crashed his bike, broke his lenses, and was frustrated that he couldn’t order replacements from the manufacturer. He founded Revant to help people with the same need and cut out the markups of the middleman, all while ensuring the highest quality possible.

Why did Revant Optics connect with Cinder?

“We were trying to find a solution for our lack of bandwith in recruiting and HR. As an early stage business, it’s difficult to find time to do professional roadmapping.
