We are thrilled to announce that Allie Montes has joined Team Cinder as a Division Manager! In this role, Allie will join our leadership team and oversee talent acquisition, account management, and client relations for our Professional clients.

Allie loves connecting people with great opportunities – something that we also love at Cinder! In addition to years of recruiting experience, Allie has been active in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) efforts. At her previous company, she incorporated an EDI framework into their hiring programs, co-chaired the first Diversity Committee and led their Latino resource group.

Allie’s passion for building connections and bringing people together extends to being an active mom (two kids, lots of pets) and volunteering at an emergency veterinarian hospital. We’re excited to have a superstar like Allie on our team and can’t wait to see what we build together!
