Workshops + Facilitation
With our workshops we work with you before and after your workshop to help tailor the programming to the needs of your organization by scheduling pre + post strategy calls. We do this to best help prepare your teams to engage with the learnings and immediately start working toward implementing within the organization and their daily lives.
Each workshop (90-minutes) begins with an overview of group agreements to set intentions and guidelines for engagement among employees and the workshop content. Each workshop will leverage Zoom and utilize breakout rooms to facilitate small group collaboration. Post surveys are provided to assess learning and development of participants.
